Keyser Family Property: At 350 acres, the Keyser property was a gem of forested land, creeks and hidden meadows. It was comprised of 7 separate legal descriptions in 4 different government sections. The purpose of the survey was to clarify certian boundaries as well as to serve as an inventory as part of estate planning.
Clark & Daughtrey: Boundary and topographic surveys of the future medical campus were a part of the planning stage. Utility location, traffic realignment and an underground water retention system were all a part of the complex construction layout. Huffman Surveying was there from the beginning to the final as-built.
Drury Inn & Suites: Located in Westminster, in Adams County, this 8 story hotel sits on just less than two acres. Construction staking included concrete pilings and supporting concrete columns, the building envelope, parking, landscaping and utilities. Reliable results from a trusted company.
Starbuck's Construction Layout: This construction project might have seemed small, but just like the coffee, a lot of detail goes in to every cup. This site, complete with drive-thru, had a little bit of everything. As the construction continued, Huffman Surveying was there to ensure accuracy and precision.
Albertson's Grocery Renovation: This project required an ALTA survey combined with a topographic survey to renovate an empty shell into a "flagship" store. Another high-profile project successfully navigated by Huffman Surveying.
Bridgeport Phase Two: This subdivision was completed in 2004. It contained 19 lots, plus 3 homeowners' association tracts. The subdivision platting and construction layout was completed on time and under budget. No errors, no delays, just quality work.
Mountain Horse Property: This 20 acre property near Pine, Colorado was simply beautiful. The Land Survey Plat was completed prior to closing and the buyer enjoyed walking the property's boundary, and learning a little about the survey process. Learn more about Land Survey Plats here.
